Mastering your brain essentially means controlling the nature of your brain waves. But how do you know you have brain waves? You cannot directly feel them. The only reason you know you have brain waves is because you have been told you do. Of course we could measure them if we had the right equipment, but few of us will have the experience of seeing our brain waves as they arc observed through advanced scientific equipment. In fact, even in that case, the scientist is not seeing the brain waves themselves. These waves arc invisible to all the senses; they can be translated into a measurable form only through scientific technology.

Does that mean you have to seek out a scientific laboratory or buy some expensive equipment to check on the health of your brain waves? Not at all. The evidence of your brain waves is all around you.
