Practicing deep breathing may cure hangovers

For those who practice yoga, meditation is a crucial part of the exercise that strengthens all aspects of well-being and relieves stress. Although it may be common knowledge that better health can be achieved through relaxation and deep breathing, a new video released by Dahn Yoga and Health Centers has revealed that incorporating such a routine may also be beneficial for those who are nursing a hangover.

The video, which is entitled Hang Up the Hangover: Strengthen Your Stomach and Live, teaches viewers some specific exercises, such as deep inhalation, cupping the hands together and tapping under the ribs. These actions are designed to facilitate the release of toxins from the body.

According to experts, inhaling deeply through the nose and exhaling through the mouth may open up the lungs, allowing the escape of toxins. This practice also promotes the intake of fresh air into the body, thereby activating the stomach and the liver.

This is just one of a multitude of Dahn Yoga benefits that have positively impacted the lives and well-being of people across the country. By regularly practicing yoga, meditation will become second nature and allow individuals to become more aware of their bodies.
