Dahnhak
Dahn refers to the source of vitality and the origin of life, the accumulated Ki (the life force) and vitality itself. The literal meaning of Dahn is “red, bright”. It symbolizes the sun in the natural world. “Dahn” or “Dahnhak” is a study of the philosophy and methodology behind creating and using the Dahn inside our bodies for the purpose of improving the quality of human life. The “hak” in “Dahnhak” means study or philosophy.
